“25 Years after the Adoption of the African Children’s Charter: Accelerating our Collective Efforts to End Child Marriage in Africa” is the 2015 year theme for the Day of African Child Commemoration.

In Uganda, the celebrations are to take place in Kayunga District on the 16th June 2015.

As NASWU, we join our colleagues in Uganda, Africa and the rest of the World to commemorate this day and also “… ACCELERATING EFFORTS TO END CHILD MARRIAGE.”
