Starting 11th July 2016, NASWU offices will be located in Bunga – Along Ggaba Road in the outskirts of Kampala city. The NASWU secretariat offices were first hosted by the African Palliative Care Association – Uganda in Makindye from the year 2011 to 2014 from where they were later shifted to Youth Social Workers Association (YSA) Head offices in Ntinda along Kisaasi Road.
According to the President National Association of Social Workers of Uganda – NASWU Mr. Charles Draecabo the new office premises in Bunga – Ggaba Road shall give the secretariat more opportunity and space to benefit its members through conducting more trainings and seminars which in turn shall also improve the organization’s cooperate image.
The new office premises shall also provide more space for the secretariat to address the wide spread and growing Social Work fraternity in the country and thus contribute to National Development and Transformation.
